F.A.Q. ABOUT PROJA DELUX

[1]:What is exactly "Project Delos"? / What exactly is?

Thank you for the question, P.D. is a new Quartet that takes place into the contemporary music world - It has a 50% af Jazz and a lot of influences from electrox, latin, rock and world musique. It thakes his name from a Michael Crichton movie-plot called "West World" and from a large amount of "Delos Bases" and "Delos Stations" that you can find into the SCI-FI universe from the beginning till now.

[2]:Who are them?

I suggest to explore this web site. Thanks.

[3]:My father says that Project Delos is an ITALIAN quartet, is it true?

Your father is a great man, Yes we are Italian. Andrea Esperti is from Brindisi and now lives in Swiss - Lorenzo Paesani comes from Teramo, Niccolò Faraci lives near Milano and Alessandro Blasi is from Rome. We have also the great Massimo Manzi from Senigallia. Next question?

[4]:Why my DISCOVISION is not able to play CDs?

Uhm... probably because is produced before 1982.

[5]:What about Project Delos and TokyoDawnRecords?

I'm happy for this question. TDR is a fantastic on-line label that helps our project to expand thru the net and the world. They relase our lead track into special compilations. Check on www.tokyodawnrecords.com for more.

[6]:Your first album is called "A Saturday night on the Moon", what's about?

Yeah, relased on september 2005 by the Greatest Italian Label SPLASC(H) records and produced by Peppo Spagnoli, it's out first child. Based on the sci-fi imaginary worlds from the 50' till now, it's a concept opera made of eleven short stories that you can listen during a special week end on our beautiful satellite.

[6b]:Excuse me Sir but I don't hear BOP solos or JAZZ lines your Music, why?

Because we forced ourself to produce something that sounds different. People from Project Delos use to play Jazz in other records and gigs. Check on the net and stores about other JAZZ productions... you might be surprised to know that we can play what we want to play. ok?

[7]:Is it compatible with PHILIPS CD-i players?

Yes, it's compatible with all the devices that play Compact Disc Digital Audio products. Thanks.

[8]:What about the implementation of electronic sequenced parts?

In "A Saturday Night on The Moon" you can find some parts that are arranged with a sequencer - but - always live played. We use some synths like the fantastic Yamaha DX7s and the EMU. Yes, we use software sequencers but...

[9]:Where can I buy that CD?

Have you ever tried www.jazzos.com ? Or, you can buy it in a normal Jazz Shop around this world... Come and see us in concert, we always give some free samples or discounted promos.

[A]:I don't like Project Delos

Go and F#!k yourself? No. We want some words from you at info@projectdelos.com ... some explanations.

[B]:What about "Operation Chaos"!?

ahahah!!!! As I sad before, Proja Delox is a Jazz Quartetto that eats a lot of stuff from other musicians and sub-cultures. Operation Chaos speaks about our world and people that are destroying it. We are also destroying it.

[C]:blah, blah... blah...

That's a great question without a right answer. Or...

[D]:How can I convert an NTSC signal to PAL?

Remember that you always lose quality and colorness -and- 10 frames per second. So, buy a multistandard TVset or use a digital signal converter.
